The 16 clubs of Liga A1 Semi-Pro AFL Malaysia 2025/2026 represent eight states and federal territories — including Johor (JDT II), Selangor, Kelantan, Kedah, Perak, Perlis, Negeri Sembilan, and Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. Each club fields a minimum of 10 professional players, plays 30 league matches across the season, and competes for Piala Malaysia qualification reserved for the top three finishers.
